We did have one successful completed sale and then did a second purchase with them and have run into the same inssue — order placed December 28th 2025 Feb 3rd still no product — and its even harder to find a location to leave a review for them.

I have messaged multiple times, in regards to an update on the status, and I am yet to receive a reply. Hard to complain about customer service, when it’s non existent. Don’t buy from here, There is no after sale support, and your correspondence will not be answered. Zero customer focus, and I’m disappointed that I chose to support this business. Complete waste of time and money.
