The educational videos are well-produced and informative. I was impressed by the use of technology – screen sharing, online form signing and a smooth web conference experience. The staff were professional throughout and the entire process of starting a gold/silver IRA was easy to follow and efficiently handled.

The presentation was excellent and served as a great first introduction to APM. As newcomers to physical gold and silver investing, our main goal was to learn, and this session definitely delivered.

From the start, we understood that integrity would be a key factor in our decision and by the end, we felt confident that if we chose to move forward, it would be with APM.

The explanation of the 5% buyback guarantee was especially important and the side-by-side comparison with other companies was very insightful.

Our main questions centered on the buyback process, which were well addressed, though a bit more detail on how initial purchase pricing is calculated would have added further clarity.

What mattered most to me when choosing where to set up a Gold IRA and buy precious metals was honesty, not being hit with an aggressive sales pitch.

Even though I’ve had previous experience with precious metals in another IRA, I appreciated that their presentations are tailored for all levels of experience.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone more seasoned, they make sure you fully understand the process and feel confident—never pressured. I even picked up a few new insights along the way.

They’re not the kind of company that disappears after the sale. Their focus on ongoing support, transparency and client education really stood out.

While they might not have been the absolute lowest on price, they were very fair and more importantly, there was no trace of high-pressure tactics.

For me, it was all about the quality of service before, during and after the purchase and Augusta delivered on every front.

Good company do exactly what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it. Make a complex process easy and at a better price than their competition. I cannot fault APM in any way.
