Overall working with Lear has been everything we could have hoped for from the first call to our first post-investment catch up. The company’s processes are smooth, paperwork a cinch and there are no nasty surprises or unexpected costs. The choice of options is excellent and anything I had trouble understanding was explained perfectly without the feeling of being talked down to or ‘mansplained’ which I also found a refreshing change! The guide they sent was good but I got best value talking to the staff and I was fortunate enough to have two of the nicest people on my account. I’m trying to think of downsides for balance but there are honestly none even for someone who is often considered picky.

There was a shipping issue and although annoying it really wasn’t the fault of Lear Capital. So I was very happy when they game me some extra silver by way of an apology which was much appreciated. Had the shipping gone smoothly this would have been an easy 5 stars.

One word sums up Lear Capital and that’s ‘patience’ in that they have SO MUCH of it to be dealing with people like me asking a million questions

Lear were patient and understanding with me as I went through the process. This was all completely new to me and they totally got this and at no point did they rush or pressure me to make a decision.

Overall this was a great experience! I initially spoke to Raad then deeper into the process I dealt with Frank. Both were excellent and fully understood this is new to me and took the time to explain everything. Their follow up was excellent and their communications likewise. Recommended.
