I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with recent experiences involving Bullionstar. Upon receiving pictures of a 100g gold bullion, it was evident the package had been damaged. Despite discussions, replacement was reluctantly provided. Additionally, an order for 60 1 oz silver coins specifically requested Prestige condition, yet many coins had MILK SPOTS upon arrival. Despite repeated attempts, customer service was uncooperative, denying supervisor access and hanging up on me. I request a prompt exchange of the damaged coins, as the substandard service and product quality are unacceptable.

Convenient, safe and easy to buy and sell precious metals. Their shop is located next to Clarke Quay MRT. They do a good job in responding to emails and customer service in the shop is also good. One of the best places for bullion in Singapore.

I was a bit apprehensive about making my first large gold purchase in another country (I’m from the UK) but eased after visiting their store. They have done a good job of replying to my questions both in the store and in emails when I requested for detailed information about storage etc. Their youtube videos are great, check them out. They are very informative with great information about how the gold price is set, how central banks operate etc.

BullionStar has the most competitive prices for Singapore bullion that I know of. It’s a hassle free experience to buy from their online platform.

I like that I can buy in smaller purchases or get silver with virtually no spread for my larger purchases. Also, as I’m overseas currently, it is good that I can store my metals in their vault and have control over it online.

The bloggers and researchers at BullionStar are truly amazing as well. When everyone else write the same stuff over and over, Ronan Manly at BullionStar does real digging uncovering much of the shenanigans on the global gold markets. I have used a few bullion dealers over the years but Bullionstar stands out as my choice when I am stacking in these times of market volatility. I think the stock market will tank considerably over the next months so I save as much as I can to increase my bullion position!

Been purchasing from BullionStar for 5 years since the company was first started. Second to none platform!! competitive prices and wide range of products The storage option is better than any other platform anywhere for bullion in my humble opinion. The option to price and pay with bitcoin is also great.

For me, this is best option for buying and storing bullion. it’s also in Singapore which has become a leading center for worldwide gold trading.

Recently signed up for a physical bullion savings account here with the usage of BullionStar’s storage option. account opening was done in their store in Singapore. Excellent store, very cool, fantastic bullion displays, easy account opening. first bullion purchase successfully made. Really like their pictures of your bullion service where i can see the actual bullion i’ve bought uploaded to my account. Very happy with everything, highly recommended!

Bullionstar has decent sales people and good prices for buying back. Many customers and bullion dealers miss the importance that there must be a two way market where the precious metals dealer is also accepting to purchase back items without any problem. Some bullion dealers don’t or else they pay less if you bought the bullion elsewhere. I’ve sold bullion to Bullionstar that I’ve bought overseas (Chards in the UK) without any deduction in price or any problem. I’m not selling anymore though.

What’s also good is that they accept payments in Bitcoins. I’m trading a bit in between Bitcoin and bullion and Bullionstar is great for this purpose as I can immediately pay them in bitcoin without having to sell the bitcoins first.

It’s good that Bullionstar accepts bitcoin to buy gold and silver. As a bitcoin and cryptocurrency investor, it’s great to be able to take profits into bullion. So far, I’m rather impressed with their storage solution as well being able to check and handle everything online. The website interface is easy to use and straightforward.
