We ordered over the phone with a rep and sent the bank transfer the same day. This was acknowledged and said the gold would be sent 3 to five business days and two day delivery. After not hearing from them in seven business days, we called and for the next two days were given various excuses of why it wasn’t even sent yet. On the third day we noticed our order was cancelled. We called and they blamed the bank. On contacting the bank they said there was nothing wrong on their end and Gold Bullion had received the funds. In the end, we had to pay bank fees to get our money returned. I would not recommend this company.

I Purchased 10x 10ounce silver bars from this company.

I collected my parcel from the UPS store.

The wife and I opened the parcel at the kitchen table and to our shock, only 6 bars were sent!!!

Contacted seller and after a day they were not willing to help in anyway!!

As a Texan living in Canada I could have gone with any number of companies back home, but Silver Gold Bull have permanently ruined my experience of US gold dealers: They just don’t come close to Silver Gold Bull on any front.
