DO NOT BUY OR SELL TO THIS COMPANY. SilverGoldBull has stolen $30k of our funds since we wired our payment in full on Nov 24, 2025 and lied to us every single day when we have called to find out where our order is. From the sales staff, to the shipping staff, to the shipping manager, and now the “supervisor” we have on record they have lied, with a different story each time why the order hasn’t gone out yet.

For us this was a large order, and we called several times in advance before placing the order, and another 2 times before sending the money. SilverGoldBull assured us they had the bars physically in stock and ready to ship. Now they are lying again, today saying it was “packed and ready to go, but then they opened the package and it wasn’t of high enough quality so they didn’t ship it.”

It has been TEN DAYS of daily phone calls, every day they tell us they have the product and it’s “going out by the end of the day tomorrow”. Every day, it does not. Finally we have had to threaten legal action today, only to have them offer a refund. Silver has hit all time highs and they are trying to cover and get out of delivering the metals.

At no point did they proactively call us to tell them there was an issue. At no point did they offer us an alternative.

I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY OR SELL TO THIS COMPANY. They are liars and your money will be gone.

not as good value as they used to be and I know prices have gone up across the board but other companies are offering better deals

I’m guessing that’s an old picture because premiums are FAR higher than that. SGB used to be consistently the best priced dealer I could find but some of the newer companies have them licked now.

Very happy I found these guys some great buys and free shipping. Low silver stocks but thats to be expected given the nonsense in the market.
