Terrible customer service I had a delayed order and was getting very concerned. they promise to call back and never do. As opposed to when they want you to buy something in which case they call A LOT.

How can this company possibly be number one? I call a scam what are they paying you for this? I waited 3 months for a delivery that I was told would be a few days and when I chased them up on it all I got was excuses or worse yet radio silence.

I wouldn’t rate direct bullion highly at all and have had a bad experience than them. Always do your research, there are more efficient dealers than these guys.

Single Mum – knew nothing about Gold. I wanted a safe and dependable investment for long term.

Brad was helpful to my late father and my self always went out of his way to talk to us most importantly we spoke about rugby when always helps when introducing , on my second purchase I was allocated a personal contact yet I still speak to my original point of contact. They have saved me on the purchase as always looking forward to the best deal and my first purchase has increase in value by 50% I could believe it. Everything has been as they said it would be all the way through the process! I can’t recommend them enough to friends and family!

I was a complete newbie in the gold and silver market, and was slightly terrified that I might be getting scammed.

However, absolutely everything ran like clockwork on every occasion, from orders, deliveries, and correct product.

It was extremely good dealing with Chris so of the time, who was nothing short of fabulous, reassuring, telling me how to do things, what to expect. Also, I love the usually 3 monthly check on my investments on the phone, telling me what’s happening in the gold and silver markets.

The big plus, is that investing in gold has been fun, largely thanks to the cheery, knowledgeable and interesting staff! Love them to bits!

Excellent and very informative discussion with James Byrne at every stage of the process regarding my first investment of purchasing Gold coins. Very happy to have received the coins within a good time scale along with James’s reassurance regarding potential for increase in value due to current market. Regular contact is easy and is available. Overall an excellent service!!
