Unfortunately, not as glowing as those prior to 2020. Placed an order Oct 2025, BGASC told me the order had shipped on Nov 1 and provided a FedEx tracking number, but didn’t provide the bullion to FedEx. As of today still no bullion, and they have my cash $39,742. Customer service is reasonably responsive, but you have to sit on hold for between 30 and 90 minutes. All anyone can tell me is that they are investigating and that it can take 30 days. This is beyond the 26 days I’ve already waited to receive my order.

After my order hit a snag with BGASC I placed orders with Summit Metals and Bullion Exchange. Both companies shipped my orders and they were received in less than two weeks. So it’s clearly not a supply issue. This is more likely a company issue and so I could not recommend anyone purchasing from this group.

I liked the pricing compared to other popular competitors. I checked online and found positive reviews so I placed an order to where I would not need to pay for CA sales tax ($1,500 min). I was required to mail a check to avoid a fee.

I was able to email their customer service site and found them to be very responsive and professional.

The bullion was delivered quickly and in good shape.

I can easily recommend BGASC based on my limited experience.

Top notch service, on-time delivery, pleasant to deal with, and helpful with delivery requests. Definitely recommend. I purchase from several different sites and dealers, but BGASC has quickly become my primary source.

After researching 32 online PM companies in depth over a period of 14 months (including performance, complaints, owner/manager expertise, client reviews and personal customer service interactions), I’ve come to trust BGASC as the best place to do business. Martin & crew are a low-key but extremely professional group of knowledgeable, polite and savvy precious metals experts with the best overall prices, including a great selection of foreign bullion bars and coins, especially 1 oz. gold bars from Credit Suisse. (I didn’t investigate numismatics.) Shipping was quick and secure, and selling back to them was a piece of cake (they buy back at spot, without any fees). Tamara is a great asset to the customer service department. If you’ve done your homework and want to be treated as an intelligent, appreciated client without the hard sell or smarmy attitude, this is your best bet.

Very good company and I’m rating them 5 because they win for both price and service.

One thing and it’s a niggle which could be fixed is their shopping cart doesn’t seem save it’s cookies properly, so when I click away and come back everything’s gone, which would suck if you were doing a big order!

Will definitely use again. No problems with three separate orders. Small delay on fourth reduces my overall mark but like I say I’d use buy gold and silver coins again
