Texas Precious Metals continues to be one of our favorite sources for bullion. What they lack in diversity of products, they really make up for in customer service. The same guys answer the phones every day, and it’s easy to develop a smooth working relationship.

They are definitely the fastest retail buyback service we have used, and also deliver products like clockwork. Small orders get treated with the same respect as large orders, which is hard to find in this industry!

I was amazed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at Texas Precious Metals. They spent a lot of time explaining the facts and benefits and purchasing precious metals. They are kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and above all – honest. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know.

Texas PM are straight up good guys and have gone beyond the call of duty helping me get myself diversified into gold and silver. They do things right at Texas and the difference between them and another company I approached are night and day. By phone or email theyve been nothing but understanding of my needs and taken a lot of time to help me make the right decisions. I’m no expert and I could have easily been taken for a ride as you hear happening to people with collectible coins but Texas said “bullion. stick to bullion” so I did!
