Fantastic selection and like they say very good prices. 100% satisfied up to when I tried adding ACH details and it just wouldnt let me. Not a problem and paid by CC. Be prepared to hit the plastic or pay by check!

Really, really impressed — I price-shopped for a while before I pulled the trigger, ran into an issue with my payment and had to call in. Let me tell you i was dreading it. But my contact was SUPER professional on the phone and very helpful (HOW RARE IS THAT these days??? When’s the last time you had a pleasant customer service experience?)

They had the lowest price I could find anywhere, shipped fast & free. I only wish they gave me free stuff the way some companies do, you know a sample product or two tossed into the box lol. Oh well maybe next time.

Site has good prices but the process of setting up an account to buy needs looking at. It was very clunky and at one point I couldn’t see what to do next so gave up going and went back to another company I use regularly. It was only when I was closing my browser down later I found the BullionMax website had opened another tab and I hadn’t realized. I will try again next time I’m going to order as all looks good and like I say prices are good its just their checkout is really bad.

First order login process was a little glitchy but got there in the end and it was worth it. Coins are perfect and better premiums than my LCS

My new go-to choice for silver! I’d been let down by the two companies I used to buy from when the so-called silver squeeze happened and nobody had any stock. BullionMax not only had the stock but they were a little cheaper than the company I’d always considered to be the best-buy of bullion. Delivery times were acceptable, and the silver was exactly as expected. This company does exactly what they say on the tin, no fuss metals and no silly pricing. 5/5
