The man with whom I spoke about a problem with an order was extremely snobbish, noting that my order was “only” thirty dollars, when, actually, it was sixty-eight. Evidently I made a spelling error in my email address, which prompted the difficulty I was having to begin with. So, yes, there, I was at fault. But my issue with the spokesperson, was that instead of aiding me in fixing the error, he only said, in a distinctly strict voice, that I ought to log on with my incorrect email address and then I could see the proper order history. I found that very difficult to do, but was disinclined to call back this harried man (he said how busy he was, and really did apologize for the way he sounded). I accepted his apology. Nevertheless, if you wish yo order from LC Coin, you better hope you don’t encounter any difficulties, because correcting them might be next to impossible with a staff such as the one I had to deal with.
