I have been waiting 8 months for an order. Not a single phone call has been returned. One email has been responded to, and of course it was untrue. DO NOT do business with this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I bought some from them and receive it 25 days after had it on sigma pro and xrf and tested ok i would buy again

I have used Canadian Bullion Services 7-8 times over the last 6-7 years. Mainly silver bullion. The orders do take some time to to be delivered but they did communicate back to me each time I inquired (Slower during COVID) faster prior to COVID, but I always get them and get the products I ordered. I mainly buy Royal Canadian Mint products and their price is better for these than through other Canadian bullion sellers.

I just purchased with Canadian Bullion and had no issues, the process took a little longer but they said that was because they don’t keep their products by them to lower insurance costs. I got my package after 23 business days and am very happy with the product. Definitely worth the wait.

Avoid this company!! Please read my entire Review.
I made a precious metals purchase with Canadian Bullion aka (CB Metals) online on Mar 2, 2022. It took more than a month to receive my purchase. I called once my payment cleared to get status update and weekly to determine the status of the order. Every time they gave the excuse due to high demand, it will take 5 – 20 business days to deliver as per their website, which was on another page to find.
This company also gave me the SAME excuse, WE DO NOT STORE PRECIOUS METALS ONSITE TO SAVE ON INSURANCE COSTS and your order will be shipped out next week.
From my experience with this company I will never use them again!! They are very shady and not upfront with their policies. I do NOT TRUST this company!!! From my dealings with this company the same receptionists answers the phone there is one other employee in shipping and the Owner. That is the entire staff.
