Placed my order for 5 100oz silver bars twelve months ago and am still waiting. I have asked a number of times over the phone where my shipment is and they said “we have been working on it, just be patient there is a backlog”. I told them I will not be placing any more orders until they fill this one and they agreed that that made sense. Patience is a virtue, too bad I don’t have anymore.

They do not respond to e-mails, phone or chatline
Beware.This is a shady operation
I suspect the growing number of reviews similar to mine are only the tip of the Iceberg

Stay far, far away from this scam of a business. This racket seems to work on a confidence system. My first few small transactions were fine except for the lengthy time for delivery. My last transaction for a gold Maple Leaf took place over 21/2 months ago. No delivery. No communication unless you email first and then they respond with BS when they do decide to respond. I should mention that I also bought a gold Maple Leaf on the same day from SilverGold Bull out of Calgary, AB. It was actually cheaper and I had the coin in my hands within days. Finally, I gave them a one week warning that if they didn’t get my property into the mail or issue me a refund I would start posting negative reviews about their business. They didn’t even respond. Please do not do business with these thieves, you have been warned.

Ordered $500 worth of silver from them July 2019. Today it’s January 2020 and still nothing. I called them and gave me the runaround. Pretended to forward me to some customer rep and all they did is make me wait to end up talking to the same guy pretending to be someone else.

I made an order and paid in full on 13th August 2018 in good faith that Bullion People will ship the product within considerable time. Today is 5th March 2019 and still they not sent even 50% of my ordered quantity. This is unacceptable. I called and emailed Bullion People several times but most of the times had no luck speaking or getting email response from them. Even if we happen to be lucky to speak to them after long wait time they would disrespect and dont give precise answer for when they will ship remaining products. I guess we were super flexible and accommodating with Bullion People to wait almost 8 months to get product delivered in full.

Finally I had to file a complain with Better Business Bureau (BBB). We hoped BBB will help us resolve this case but they had no luck resolve this case either.

We are very stressed about our hard earned money being trapped by Bullion People. I would never recommend Bullion People.

We are going to file Consumer Protection, Ontario Government.

Very easy to navigate website, and make on-line purchases. FREE shipping over $500 is straight forward, no worry figuring out insurance as it’s included. All this and competitive and usually better pricing than the “big guys”. I have made several orders and never had any problems. I don’t understand why the others just can’t keep it simple and straight forward.

Don’t buy from these people.
ordered and paid by interact(confirmed by them same day. Shipping say 3 day . 8 days later not shipped. Called told funds on hold for 10 days. I asked to speak to direction to get refund on what I paid for non delivery he said email us then he hung up on me.
