I sent some broken unusable gold jewellery and silver items on a Friday, by Monday afternoon I had the money in my account. Quick and super efficient. Good communication throughout. I would totally recommend to anyone with any amount of unwanted precious metals.

I’ve never done anything like this and had no idea what I was doing, but found Gold Traders by looking for high reviews. You do have to put your trust in them but as you send the item Recorded or Special, then that’s covered and a little phone conversation with them completely reassured me these guys are honest, fair and very, very helpful!
Will definitely use them again, thank you!

Excellent and very fast service. Only down side, unlike many of the other online companies you have to pay for the postage but on saying that the price per gram was very good.
Would use again.

Superb!! They do exactly what ‘they say on the tin’as the saying goes. Service was just as described and without fault. I would recommend this site above any other means I have used to downsize my jewellery collection and I actually received more in ‘scrap value’ on here than I would have got from selling items as usable on ‘certain auction sites’, as auctions charge so much in fees, payments etc, whereas on Gold Traders there are none!!
Will use again and again.

I was looking to sell some old gold and silver and had taken it to several metal traders. Hallmarks we’re present so I knew there was value there. The highest price I was offered was 45% lower than the price I got with Gold Traders. On receipt they identified and reported what I had with a buying quote and the deal was done. Refreshing honesty, efficient and exemplary service. Will use and recommend again to anyone I know in need of this service.

Exceptional value for money, simple process and superior service. I entered my gold details into a simple Web form, printed off a shipping manifest which I sent with my packaged goods (jiffy bag) by Special delivery to Gold Traders. The next working day the money is in my account. Gold Traders kept me informed throughout the day (email and text) on the progress of my transaction. Gold Traders valued my goods at very reasonable price – basically provided you accurately weigh your items, the price quoted online is the price you get. I don’t believe I’ve ever received service of this quality and efficiency anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend them.
