Their listed prices are similarly out of date, including 1oz gold coins £500 below current spot prices. It looks like they may have closed.

To Trade in this market does require some degree of speed.
I live in Dorset and my long standing London B dealer has let me down badly, so I have been trying to find a more local agent, without success?
In my opinion it would be helpful to answer the phone?
