I have been ringing for 17 days, and one day was on hold for just over one hour with no answer. I have also left messages and also written about 5 emails and have no response either!

I purchased 20 ounces of silver in September, but was unavailable to take delivery as I was out of the country, so asked then requested for them to hold it until I returned in early October.

I have since been trying to contact them to get it delivered and have had no reply or answer to my emails or calls.

They are charging me for storage, so why do they not want to chat with me or even contact me through email to discuss it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Disgusting service lucky i only bought only a small amount just to see what i was dealing with it took 8 days to ship they did send an email telling me it was shipped but no approximate time and the minute i had to pop to the shop they came and went it was then taken to the local newsagent.
Im lucky that i received it but when your paying $50 for delivery to not give an approximate time window and then to leave it at a newsagent is not ok. I will never purchase from them again.

Absolute shambles, non existing customer service. They dont reply my emails, only threatened with penalty fees and legal action. Just because I asked for a clear explanation of shipping fees which are not clearly stated on their website. In the meantime I paid $4,453 on gold bars on 05/April and as today 19/April not received. This is just unreal, these people shouldnt be trading precious metals with such poor management

Worst customer service – have purchased many Pool allocated metals from ABC over 6 months – the PDF files they send for invoices are always blank and i have to request another copy everytime – one deposit never got added into my account after 14 days i had to ring them to tell them — then 10 days ago i purchased 10oz silver bars and never got the tracking number and even paid that same day without waiting for the blank invoiced to be sent – I have emailed requesting 3 answers to one order issue and received 1 answer at a time over 4 days.. I have had a much better trading relationship with a business in melbourne over the same period of time and will continue to spend my hard earned there instead – I am now going to remove all my Pool allocated funds from ABC and deposit them elsewhere..

I’ve now bought gold and silver from ABC and my experience has been excellent. Their website is easy to use for purchasing, communication is good and the product is stunning. My second order, I bought 1kg silver bullion. Not only are they individually serial coded, but they come with matching certificates and the finish is just beautiful, just like they show on their website. They also come in individual velour pouches. I’m wrapped. My Perth Mint didn’t even come serial coded or with a certificate. I was able to track my order using the “Shop” app, which was incredibly simple and came within a couple of weeks. There were a couple of hiccups when I ordered online. For some reason I was sent two invoices for the same order. But I called them up and they removed one of the invoices without fuss. Not sure why others have had problems, but they were nothing but super polite and accommodating. I will definitely keep using them for future orders.

One of the absolute worst companies I have ever had to deal with. A week after funds clearing still no order, no shipping details, just empty unfullfilled promises and repeated lies.

Poor customer service. I was withdrawing my position as metals was not the investment portfolio type for me and they called me about an invoice I allegedly hadn’t payed from 12/08/2020 which I had not received but it was “in the system” and threatened legal action if I did not pay it or pay the $330 “cancellation” despite the fact the operator said they do not cancel orders. ABC Bullion could not prove “the system” had even emailed me the order or attempt to trace it in the first place.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, very rude, awful communication skills. Never ever again would I shop with ABC online. Beware they will threaten you with legal action if you accidentally place a duplicated order due to ridiculously slow system.

ABC were my first transaction in precious metals and remain one of the easiest and most reliable. Competitive prices, great online service. Have been burned at other suppliers but ABC always come through so I keep coming back. In a word, solid.
