Very poor experience with this business.
Owner underpaid by several thousand dollars on quite a few ounces of gold,
I had COVID for the 2nd time & I was very sick so wasn’t paying attention.
Contacted the owner who admitted to underpaying me but stated “I must have been thinking they paid based on the intrinsic value of the coins”!!!
If a bullion dealer doesn’t pay based on the intrinsic value, what do they pay based on!?!
If you want to deal with a business without a shadow of doubt hanging over it, I suggest go elsewhere.

I’ve dealt with this firm on numerous occasions, though only buying.
It has always been a quick, easy and straightforward affair with over the counter purchases of 1-6 X 1kg bars and best of all, very competitively priced.
Bars are their own brand & come Serialised and with matching assay certificates.

Done a few refining jobs with CPG Group, very fast and efficient, always paid on time, they took me for a tour inside the refinery, I was very surprised with what I saw their, very advanced equipment, high slandered of cleanness and discipline, lots of security and checks in place which made me very comfortable leaving my gold with them, I would highly recommend them to any mine large or small.

I’ve had a few dealing with this group as I use to sell scrap gold to them and I started to refine my gold with them and I’ve had a great relation with their staff, they are very professional and honorable business to deal with, I trust them 100%.
I would recommend them to anyone in the trade.
