Revolting service. Paid within 24hrs but postage is non-committal. Name on my order is also incorrect. Phoned their office and the first woman I spoke to started the conversation with ‘whats your issue’ NOT how can I help you etc. Very unprofessional. Then spoke to a woman named J**** that kept speaking over me, didn’t want a customer to disagree with her and couldn’t commit to a postage date/timeframe. She did not want me to speak nor did she want to listen to me. J**** hung up on me 3 times!! Payment is expected within 24 hr or suffer a fee and loose $150 if you cancel the order. So… they take your money do not prioritise postage on postage of payment. Very sloppy UNPROFESSIONAL operations. I still have NOT been given a timeframe, so now that I have complained and upset J**** my order will probably be delayed!! They have forgotten that without customers they wouldn’t have a job!!

I ordered 30 silver coins and only 28 turned up. Seems whoever did the packaging is helping themselves to other people’s money. I expect either a refund for the missing 2 or they can send free of charge.

I was told they had gold in stock, with priority postage 2 days delivery, after one week rang was give a tracking number for Australia Post. Waited 3 days, no gold, called them told go to the post office and check. Post office said the number I was given was not a tracking number!!!!! Called them back, was told nothing can be done until Monday the 6 April. Very concerned might have to go to consumer affairs. NOT HAPPAY AT ALL.
