Customer care staff are extremely rude and when we requested them to show us the CCTV footage because the total weight of gold told by them and the invoice differs, one J******h from customer care said, ” I am the highest official in Attica, there is no one above me and I can’t connect your call to anyone else. We don’t care about you or your gold” and disconnected the call.

They have flicked out gold of 8 g which consisted of a pair of earrings and a finger ring and in spite of out repeated request to the branch office, customer care and senior managers within a few hours, they refused to show us.

We didn’t mind the 3 percent charges they take in the total amount of gold given and also the rate is not at par with today’s gold rate, around rs 50 less per gram and also our government is striving to make India digital and these people charge more than rs 5000 for RTGS transfer but as told we didn’t mind about all these because we understand that even they have to make profit but just flicking the gold is outright fraud.

Their invoice doesn’t have details of the total gold given. This is the first time I had visited Attica.
