Elemetal send amount owed to me said gold, no mention of platinum or platinum when I questioned it they said they didn’t know I wanted that done also,wouldn’t answer my question on what they were going to do with it but they didn’t tell me it existed until I asked. I had to pay additional $75 refining fee.when they were supposed to wire $ to my account it 3 days of phone calls to get my money. All in all a bad experience, never again!
