I am a purchasing agent for a coin company in Texas. On 3/25/21 we ordered a 56-coin Silver State Park Quarter Set for $473.00. They literally never sent it. We complained and they sent a USPS tracking label and informed us that the item was shipped via automated email. However, they method of shipping on the online invoice stated UPS for $19.95 shipping and insurance (Not USPS) and that it had been shipped. For 20 days we checked the USPS tracking number they sent and it simply said that a label was generated but the post office had not received the package. Incidentally, at the time of this review it still says that. Here is the USPS tracking number they sent…in case they send it to someone else: 9410811699000225347061. They never contacted us. They do not answer the phone. They do not have a store front. They are not a legitimate business. Research will show that theses negative reviews started primarily after the passing of the original owner Mr. David Kang on 8/17/2017…who had a solid business reputation. Someone else is there updating the website and making sales…and stealing from folks. Literally. We had no choice but to dispute the transaction through our financial institution… In the event that someone at Bezalel Coins would like to argue this point…my original order number was yhst-5221093603312-97010…look me up and make this mess right. You owe my $30 for the fee I had to pay the bank to begin the process to reverse the charges….oh yeah…and I want my money.
