I have come to trust and know that Darin will give me direct and honest answers to my questions. He has been in the business many years and knows his ‘stuff’. He is personable, kind, and honest, the type of person I like to communicate with and do business with. Also, he is local and has been part of the community for many years. I highly recommend Darin for insight about coins and the current gold/silver market.

I initially had doubts when I saw this “buy 10 get 1 free” promotion on FB. I was unsure if this company could be trusted. However, I decided to reach out to them via email and phone to inquire, and their staffs were extremely enthusiastic and answered all of my questions with great service. This made me feel reassured and at ease. The shipping was also very fast, and I was impressed with the excellent packaging upon receiving the goods. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company to others. The only minor drawback is that I hope they will offer Bill Payment services in the future, so I won’t have to make multiple payments.

A friend advised me to check out Merchantman & Sons to purchase silver maple leafs. To my amazement the tubes were selling at the time I purchased almost $2 an ounce less that my usual source. I admit it was a sale price but I was surprised how fast the order was processed with the order arriving to my door within 72 hours. Highly recommend them.

I have tried to phone and speak with a REAL person fro 2 days now and NO ONE ANSWERS! Great customer service. Are they even in business?
How can I expect them to perform customer service if they initially haven’t even answered their phone./
I guess they lost me as a customer.
I won the lottery and could have made them great money, but, you see, I can’t in all good conscience do business with someone who won’t even ANSWER THEIR PHONES! How can I trust that they will provide service it I have any questions?
If I could give them a minus number I would!!!

Just want to say that I was once a customer was ok before but never again. I parked idling in my car recently in their parking lot at which someone from the store came to me and told me I was parked “illegally” and been there for hours. Surprised, I tried to explain that I just got here and I was going to the store to buy something and didn’t care and told me i was parked illegally and to leave. So if they don’t want my cash business then I’ll find a better place to go.
