I have been waiting 8 months for an order. Not a single phone call has been returned. One email has been responded to, and of course it was untrue. DO NOT do business with this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

We ordered over the phone with a rep and sent the bank transfer the same day. This was acknowledged and said the gold would be sent 3 to five business days and two day delivery. After not hearing from them in seven business days, we called and for the next two days were given various excuses of why it wasn’t even sent yet. On the third day we noticed our order was cancelled. We called and they blamed the bank. On contacting the bank they said there was nothing wrong on their end and Gold Bullion had received the funds. In the end, we had to pay bank fees to get our money returned. I would not recommend this company.

Bullion Mart is the company you should stay away from. They advertise their service as insured, but then release your info to the fraudsters who pick up packages from Canada Post, so Bullion Mart can receive insurance money which they do not pay to the victim clients. The worst customer service. Reporting them to the police.

I initially had doubts when I saw this “buy 10 get 1 free” promotion on FB. I was unsure if this company could be trusted. However, I decided to reach out to them via email and phone to inquire, and their staffs were extremely enthusiastic and answered all of my questions with great service. This made me feel reassured and at ease. The shipping was also very fast, and I was impressed with the excellent packaging upon receiving the goods. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company to others. The only minor drawback is that I hope they will offer Bill Payment services in the future, so I won’t have to make multiple payments.

A friend advised me to check out Merchantman & Sons to purchase silver maple leafs. To my amazement the tubes were selling at the time I purchased almost $2 an ounce less that my usual source. I admit it was a sale price but I was surprised how fast the order was processed with the order arriving to my door within 72 hours. Highly recommend them.
