Just before Christmas 2025 I was helped by Jason at the Chermside store, as my Toowoomba store was closed for the holiday period. Jason worked with the Toowoomba Manager, Sam, even though he was on holidays, and I was able to place orders and arrange shipment from Chermside to Toowoomba. This worked seamlessly and every time I spoke to Jason and the other team members, they were more than helpful. Eternally grateful as I see the metals price rise!

Ainslie Bullion – I ordered an amount of bullion near a 100k worth, and I did not pay right away. After 3 days, although I did speak to them on day 1 and 2, I received a phone call about payment and explained that my money was with someone else and I was waiting on them to pay.

I also asked beforehand about what happens if I cancel the order. One person told me I could not, and it does say legally binding agreement, which did not fully register in my mind while thinking about how much the price of this is going to go up and give me a chance at making some money.

So I spoke to Jordan and he said I could void the order if I chose and I would not be taken to court. Even though it would cost them on the books, they would not charge me for the money they lost since I put the order in to buy.

I was going to ring the next day but did not, because I was going to speak to someone the day after on day 4. Then on day 5 I rang Jordan and said after the meeting I would ring again and void the order if I had decided. I decided to void it and he said that was fine.

So I would just like to say thanks to Ainslie Bullion and Jordan for considering everything, and especially not charging for what it cost them while it was on hold for me to buy but went up in price quite a lot – over 5k. I would give them 100 stars instead of 5 if there was a star system here. They were more than fair and exceptionally helpful, and I will order from them in the future if my situation c

I know this company has a long history, yet their recent revitalization has turned it into a producer of exquisite collectible art from precious metals. I really love the silver rounds I’ve collected so far and plan to return for more in the future. As for service, there’s a very strong focus on customer experience and communication.

I have been an avid collector of vintage Harringtons bullion for many years. Now with the new range of items being produced I am even more addicted to collecting Harringtons branded bars and coins. I look forward to seeing what future items are produced and will definitely be collecting them too.

Well starting off as a silver stacker and enjoying it more than I thought. What makes things easy for small starting stackers/ investors like me is to call and DISCUSS yes talk what to do, what’s the best way and it didn’t matter how small my order/ purchase MAY be. Mannerisms ,treated very well, best price and safe/ good delivery- wish they trained staff for other stores lacking. Can’t wait for my next silver stack order from Ainslie Bullion 5 stars

Ainslies has become my go-to bullion company in recent years . Their friendly and professional service, price, range and availability of quality bars and coins is second to none .Everyone I have delt with , Anthony, Paul, Chris, have been wonderful to deal with ,But It was very disappointing and unprecedented, when this week I was contacted by one of their sales team, D***** ,who was rude , uncompromising and lacked any basic customer service skills . After being a strong advocate for this company and given many recommendations to family members and members of my stacker groups, I felt really let down . D*****’s sharp, unwarranted and demeaning manner left me shocked and speechless . I hope that Ainslie will address this issue and I can continue to receive the amazing service I have had in the past . Ainslie deserve to be respected as Brisbanes premier bullion company and not be dragged down by one bad apple .

Revolting service. Paid within 24hrs but postage is non-committal. Name on my order is also incorrect. Phoned their office and the first woman I spoke to started the conversation with ‘whats your issue’ NOT how can I help you etc. Very unprofessional. Then spoke to a woman named J**** that kept speaking over me, didn’t want a customer to disagree with her and couldn’t commit to a postage date/timeframe. She did not want me to speak nor did she want to listen to me. J**** hung up on me 3 times!! Payment is expected within 24 hr or suffer a fee and loose $150 if you cancel the order. So… they take your money do not prioritise postage on postage of payment. Very sloppy UNPROFESSIONAL operations. I still have NOT been given a timeframe, so now that I have complained and upset J**** my order will probably be delayed!! They have forgotten that without customers they wouldn’t have a job!!
