Just before Christmas 2025 I was helped by Jason at the Chermside store, as my Toowoomba store was closed for the holiday period. Jason worked with the Toowoomba Manager, Sam, even though he was on holidays, and I was able to place orders and arrange shipment from Chermside to Toowoomba. This worked seamlessly and every time I spoke to Jason and the other team members, they were more than helpful. Eternally grateful as I see the metals price rise!

Very poor experience with this business.
Owner underpaid by several thousand dollars on quite a few ounces of gold,
I had COVID for the 2nd time & I was very sick so wasn’t paying attention.
Contacted the owner who admitted to underpaying me but stated “I must have been thinking they paid based on the intrinsic value of the coins”!!!
If a bullion dealer doesn’t pay based on the intrinsic value, what do they pay based on!?!
If you want to deal with a business without a shadow of doubt hanging over it, I suggest go elsewhere.

I have been ringing for 17 days, and one day was on hold for just over one hour with no answer. I have also left messages and also written about 5 emails and have no response either!

I purchased 20 ounces of silver in September, but was unavailable to take delivery as I was out of the country, so asked then requested for them to hold it until I returned in early October.

I have since been trying to contact them to get it delivered and have had no reply or answer to my emails or calls.

They are charging me for storage, so why do they not want to chat with me or even contact me through email to discuss it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Found them through Google AI recommendation sold some old gold and also got a loan on my wedding ring that I really didn’t want to sell. They put no pressure to sell just tested all my stuff for free and gave me an offer which I took before the price of gold fell anymore

Ainslie Bullion – I ordered an amount of bullion near a 100k worth, and I did not pay right away. After 3 days, although I did speak to them on day 1 and 2, I received a phone call about payment and explained that my money was with someone else and I was waiting on them to pay.

I also asked beforehand about what happens if I cancel the order. One person told me I could not, and it does say legally binding agreement, which did not fully register in my mind while thinking about how much the price of this is going to go up and give me a chance at making some money.

So I spoke to Jordan and he said I could void the order if I chose and I would not be taken to court. Even though it would cost them on the books, they would not charge me for the money they lost since I put the order in to buy.

I was going to ring the next day but did not, because I was going to speak to someone the day after on day 4. Then on day 5 I rang Jordan and said after the meeting I would ring again and void the order if I had decided. I decided to void it and he said that was fine.

So I would just like to say thanks to Ainslie Bullion and Jordan for considering everything, and especially not charging for what it cost them while it was on hold for me to buy but went up in price quite a lot – over 5k. I would give them 100 stars instead of 5 if there was a star system here. They were more than fair and exceptionally helpful, and I will order from them in the future if my situation c
