UPMA/Alpine Gold is an upstanding company, where everyone who works there genuinely cares about you as a human being.

We had some issues at the beginning with their silver deposit fees, but they actually worked through management and resolved it very satisfactorily. Most importantly, they admitted their policies were not well stated on their website, and they fixed it. UPMA’s prices are high for both gold and silver American Eagles, but their Goldback program is wonderful and they have great programs like the Visa debit card and the gold leases that pay you in gold.

The recent artwork on the Goldbacks is really inappropriate – they seem to have succumbed to the trashy route to sell product – but as an actual bullion company they have been 100% straight and deliver exactly what they promise. Finally, every staff member we have talked to is a homegrown American and speaks English fluently, which is more than we can say for other companies!

I have been considering buying gold for a number of years and recent events led me to actually go ahead and make that investment. I gave PMC a call and spoke with Scott Carter who I understand is the company owner. He was very good and clearly knows what he’s talking about and he talked me through a number of options. I made a small test buy and am very happy with how everything proceeded. I am now about to add a more substantial quantity of gold and silver to my portfolio ahead of what Scott says could be a troubling time in the financial markets.

I can’t say enough good about the fine folks at Quality Silver Bullion. I have placed multiple orders there both over the phone and on there website. Weight of their silver rounds is always greaterthan or equal to 1 oz. They just got a new website and it looks even better than the last, and now they even offer local pick-up at their store. Great for me because I’m local but they ship all over. Overall, extremely happy with how they’ve treated my orders and me as a customer. Highly recommended!
