Terrible customer service I had a delayed order and was getting very concerned. they promise to call back and never do. As opposed to when they want you to buy something in which case they call A LOT.

How can this company possibly be number one? I call a scam what are they paying you for this? I waited 3 months for a delivery that I was told would be a few days and when I chased them up on it all I got was excuses or worse yet radio silence.

I wouldn’t rate direct bullion highly at all and have had a bad experience than them. Always do your research, there are more efficient dealers than these guys.

I’ve been told I could have found quarter sovereigns at a lower price elsewhere but that wasn’t my priority. As a first-time gold investor, I needed guidance and reassurance, and Charlie provided exactly that. He was patient, understanding, and never once made me feel pressured to buy.
