Accidentally used these guys, and as a jeweller there was a considerable amount of gold lamel, and our lamel is high grade, as-
1. We do extremely little below 18ct.
2. Only buy gold from Australian refineries.
3. We don’t do repairs on jewellery that’s not ours.
4. Don’t buy jewellery, etc. from overseas factories.
5. We don’t buy people’s gold.
6. Didn’t send any sweeps.
7. Metal thoroughly cleaned before

When contacted them, had to wait for a call back, a few days later, then straight away Richard told us he ran a magnet over it himself and pulled out shot and binding wire, which we know is a lie, as we thoroughly cleaned it ourselves (and even recorded the cleaning).
Everything was separated into individual bags of the different carats and colours, with off cuts and filling further separated. Very close to half the weight was off cuts!

Said they would check again, but nearly 7 weeks later, no response, not that I expect such a dishonest unscrupulous company would, and if they did we pretty much know the BS that would follow.
