Order was placed on 1/5. Check cleared the bank & then order was canceled. No response to live chat on their website, e-mail only asked for a photo of the cashed check from the bank & has been unresponsive since. Phone call to customer service has been unhelpful at best.

They are a scam…do not buy from them…they took my money and said item was shipped…but no shipping company and no tracking number when asked for….November 1 order date and today is the 19th….just a b******t run around from them. Don’t get scammed like I did.

As of July 1st, 2025, Florida does not charge sales tax. I just tried buying silver from them on July 2nd, 2025 and they added sales tax. I called Bullion.com and spoke to the lady. She said they were not aware of any changes in sales tax for Florida. They were going to look into it. They said I would have to pay the higher price if silver goes up while they are looking into the Statue change.

Very poor decision on their part. They are a bullion dealer and should be up on any changes, this was news all over the internet

The presentation was excellent—informative, clear, and backed by strong expertise. Ryder did a great job answering all my questions and breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand.

Although they’re a newer company, they stood out for their transparency on pricing. Unlike some competitors who dodged giving me a straight answer, they offered a quote on every call without hesitation. That kind of openness really made a difference.

Do not purchase from Bullion.com before reading the customers reviews. They inflate the spot price listed on the top of their website, take forever to process an order, collect payment after orders are cancelled, and make customers fight to get their money back for orders that were never processed, shipped, or recieved. I found the same product almost 10% cheaper so I canceled my order the day after I placed it. The only person to answer the phone number listed or live chat is A*** who has stated the refund would take 2-4 days. It’s been 10 days since the order was canceled and I was first told 2-4 days

I also found Neptune Global after reading Jim Rickards’ write-up on Neptunes’ unique PMC Ounce.
I have been working with John B. for many years now, converting 401k assets into PMC Ounces and other physical PMs, using Neptune’s excellent streamlined purchase and storage plan, within a CamaPlan IRA.
John, Chris, and the other’s have all been very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Definitely love the personal assistance. Ordering from online dealers makes me a little uneasy, so it is much better that I can speak with someone every time. And that person is actually a knowledgeable experienced broker. Use them if you want to be taken care of. I think everyone should.
