We ordered over the phone with a rep and sent the bank transfer the same day. This was acknowledged and said the gold would be sent 3 to five business days and two day delivery. After not hearing from them in seven business days, we called and for the next two days were given various excuses of why it wasn’t even sent yet. On the third day we noticed our order was cancelled. We called and they blamed the bank. On contacting the bank they said there was nothing wrong on their end and Gold Bullion had received the funds. In the end, we had to pay bank fees to get our money returned. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible service, the owner publicly accuses people of crimes when selling gold and silver, the one star google reviews really tell a story about this establishment.

Coins I ordered from Albern were sent to the wrong address, an address different from the address on Albern’s own Invoice document, that I reviewed.

Albern is refusing to refund or compensate. They feel this is my problem. I am out the money and have no coins.
