I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with recent experiences involving Bullionstar. Upon receiving pictures of a 100g gold bullion, it was evident the package had been damaged. Despite discussions, replacement was reluctantly provided. Additionally, an order for 60 1 oz silver coins specifically requested Prestige condition, yet many coins had MILK SPOTS upon arrival. Despite repeated attempts, customer service was uncooperative, denying supervisor access and hanging up on me. I request a prompt exchange of the damaged coins, as the substandard service and product quality are unacceptable.

Indigo Precious Metals was the cheapest bullion dealer I could find after having done numerous price comparisons across Asia. I was particularly impressed with how much attention their team gave me despite my initial investment size being relatively small; and they literally held my hand through the entire process of investing into physical precious metals for the first time.

Their comprehensive vaulting solution together with Malca-Almit at Le Freeport, Singapore is seriously cool and well thought out and again, the vaulting fees I’m paying for my bullion storage is a fraction of what other similar dealers in Singapore are offering.

Highly recommend.

I have visited their office and was surprised to see a wide range of precious metals (coins and bars) being sold. For someone new to investing in silver, seeing the actual products sparks more interest. The staff who greeted us were also very accommodating; no feeling of intimidation at all. The office was bright and clean and it felt very secure since it is inside CISCO building.

Having used many precious metals dealers in the past 5/6 years, I have to say the personal service provided by David Mitchell has been both exceptional and professional. Whether it be Auctus or IPM I have been guided through step by step. I have to say it is a very easy set up process, all transactions are confirmed and followed up with a concise and self explanatory written receipt and statement of account. To me, whilst price is of course important, it’s far more important to have a trusted partner who is there day or night (as I’m based in UK) weekday or weekend and happy to talk through any queries/enquiries. David is very approachable and certainly very passionate and knowledgeable in all aspects of the precious metal markets as well as a very broad awareness of macro economic issues around the world. If that wasn’t enough, he has been more than fair on pricing and I’ve not found a cost effective/ comparable holistic service anywhere in the market place. Well done David & IPM/Auctus Team

I have been buying and vaulting almost since its inception. Since the beginning the advice I have been given of when to buy and also sell has been better than any investment bank’s, fund managers and financial advisory institutions put together which shows the extra length IPM goes to service it’s customers. When selling the products the funds were deposited promptly into my bank account with no issues.

Convenient, safe and easy to buy and sell precious metals. Their shop is located next to Clarke Quay MRT. They do a good job in responding to emails and customer service in the shop is also good. One of the best places for bullion in Singapore.
