Generally some of the most inept metal and jewelry people around. Won’t pay reasonably close to spot, won’t go reasonably close to spot when selling, and have tried to sell me alloy on at least one occasion. Would be half a star if I could select it.

Gross stupidity in these guys.

I trust Money Metals Exchange, and I will only work with them for my gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium precious metals purchases. I buy coins, rounds, bars, ingots, jewelry, and more from Money Metals (MoneyMetals.com). Recently I purchased their silver starter kit which came with 4 ounces of silver coins and silver bullion rounds. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase / investment!

Agree with others, they must have a new person doing marketing it’s all gotten too much which hopefully will be re-adjusted as they are a great company and mostly well priced.

I agree with the other review please don’t go down the scare tactics route you don’t need to copy all these snake oil dealers just good prices and good service. Thankfully you still have those but it’s all getting a bit political

Bad prices (shop around) and now the email and text me 5 times a week trying to sell me survival food with subject lines like Tiny Glitch Could Kill 5G Technology or “Very, very dangerous” seriously. I don’t need to be scared into buying your stuff!!

Stefan and Mike are just amazing. If you have any doubts about trusting a precious metals company given what’s been happening at some of the biggest companies don’t worry about these guys, they are SO professional, utterly honest the real deal.
