Just before Christmas 2025 I was helped by Jason at the Chermside store, as my Toowoomba store was closed for the holiday period. Jason worked with the Toowoomba Manager, Sam, even though he was on holidays, and I was able to place orders and arrange shipment from Chermside to Toowoomba.
