In a Nutshell:
Outside of Dubai, the Sharjah Gold Souk is one of the Emirates’ best known gold souks, taking up an entire building at the Central Market, (also known as the Blue Souk) and contains may jewellers and bullion dealers, many of whom sell gold and silver at very low premiums. It should be noted that here have recently been a number of bad reviews concerning fakes although these involve alleged counterfeit jewellery and designer watches, not bullion.
