Money Taken, Refusing Refund
I’m extremely dissatisfied with JM Bullion. My account has been deleted multiple times for no apparent reason, even after verifying all my information. Recently, an order was placed that I did not authorize, and although JM Bullion canceled the order, they still withdrew the money from my bank account.
It’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get my money back, I’ve reached out several times, and they continue to refuse to issue a refund despite acknowledging the order was canceled. This has completely destroyed my trust in the company.
I’ve purchased from several precious metal dealers, and none have handled things this poorly. I expected better accountability and customer service from a company that deals with high value transactions. Until they fix this issue and improve their customer service, I cannot recommend JM Bullion to anyone.

Selling gold to JM Bullion has fallen of a cliff. Their processing times are now painfully slow – probably about three times longer than they used to be. Instead of bringing in more staff to speed things up, all they do is create vague excuses that leave customers completely in the dark

I updated my shipping address before ordering, but JM Bullion ignored it and used an old PayPal address instead. No one – JM, FedEx, or PayPal – has helped fix it and I’ve had no option to retrieve my package. Their response has been completely dismissive and the whole experience has been awful.

Professional service from J(ohnson) M(atthey) Bullion .com a name I knew and trusted, from their 10 ounce silver bar I had invested in back in the 1980’s and hope to keep even though I got it when spot was around $13 USD. Anyway, they provide ever changing market prices for the current spot of Ag, Au, Pt & Pd (which I tend to write down weekly). I love their variety & selections. It helps educate users for making an informed decision on a plethora of choices to invest in. I track the 1 oz silver Chinese Pandas, noting mintages, designs, and values. My wish list allows comparison shopping to wisely choose the lower production coins and buy at a price that is at or lower what has been posted. Thank you for offering collector’s other options like the colorized versions, and fractional or mega sizes. Oh and look, silver statues (Star Wars’ Boba Fett!!! Dinosaurs! US Army men… that are no longer tiny, green & plastic!) The 1 oz COKE bottle cap’s in a variety of languages. Copper ingots and rounds. Obsolete Currency. Real old coins in every possible condition from avg cir near melt to graded, sealed, and COA (if only the best will do!) Try to search for your favorite, and if it is not on stock, JM Bullion can alert you when it becomes available. Maybe you will find a new item to enjoy and persue, good luck and happy quest in adding to your collection. Buy with bit coin and pay less than if using a cc or Paypal… getting a better value on your investment! Your choices give a notable strategy for balancing that Investor/Collector debate. Get a kilo coin or bigger bar to sell at a profit when the time arrives; or relax and keep adding value and variety to your coveted collection… unconcerned with market fluxuations. Good luck!

I had no issues with them on previous orders, until a delivery didn’t make it. I followed all terms and conditions, paid extra for signature delivery, and evidence no delivery was made. Their claims group still deemed they were unable to “make me whole”, while being cold and rude throughout the entire process.
