Buying gold bars online from goldtrade.ae was a good experience. Better part is credit card payment option and home delivery. In few minutes one can buy gold bars from anywhere and get delivery at home. Its a good thing if you want to surprise your wife at her birthday or marriage anniversary.

I’m a frequent buyer from Gold Trade and have always had smooth transactions, both with payments and gold deliveries. Today, I coincidentally saw a negative review from Mr. Marius Maguirs. I called Gold Trade, and they informed me he received his payment from them, but there might have been a delay from his bank, leading him to mistakenly blame Gold Trade for the hold-up. He hasn’t updated his review since receiving the money. I’m sharing this because I’ve been a long-time customer and Gold Trade has always been incredibly fair and humble; I don’t want them to face undeserved trouble.

Made an online order in Dec 2024. They never delivered the gold, didn’t contact me and didn’t refund the purchase price. It’s now 2 months later and rather than refund the money for a product the never delivered I have to dispute the issue via the credit card. Poor service.
