Bought gold from Irish Gold Bullion
2 weeks passed from purchase date no calls no emails about shipment
of the items.
This company doesnt have direct number, when i called to the number that is showed on their website i got redirected to other persons who supposedly work for the person or persons who owns this company. They are hired to answer calls and then deliver messages to the owner, but as i understood they are separate individuals.
So my conclusion is that this company doesn’t have customer service and it is very hard to contact them.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from them, i went through the process to get my money back using other legal methods.

No stars. Here’s a summary of our experience with Irish Gold Bullion
– sold gold to them 3 weeks ago, no payment received yet
– a dozen phone calls to him not answered, texts and emails ignored
– when did get to talk to him were told twice that payment had been processed, screenshot of transaction sent to us 1 week ago but still no payment
– email from O**** B******** stating payment would be in our bank last monday, no payment made
– all he gives is excuses as to why payment not received and more promises that a copy of transaction will be forwarded to me
