Jean-Philippe Gagnon – :
I bought 10 oz of silver coins and rounds marked “Fastship”, which are supposed to be shipped within 48 hours. After waiting 72 hours, I realized I hadn’t even received a confirmation email. I contacted them, and they told me there is a 10-day waiting period for a first order.
I paid by bank transfer, so the payment was received instantly and cannot be canceled or reversed. There is no valid reason to impose a 10-day delay in this case, except that it directly contradicts a selling argument they prominently display on many of their products.
