I just started my own web-based bullion business and have been ordering from GSM. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. They were the very first monster box I ever purchased for myself. This is a great company to buy from.

I ordered four weeks ago and still havent received a tracking number. I emailed them and asked if i would be notified when it ships and a tracking number so i could be home to sign for it, which is required and they said “we will send you a tracking num when we have your order complete. I will never buy from this company again. competitor companies do a way better job.

They sold me a bunch of copper coins that had a 2nd etched in them. At the time they advertised new and were misleading. They would not respond when I tried to fix the issue. I had purchased from them for years and up till the last two or three orders they were okay. But I would be hesitant to do business with Golden State Mint after the last two shady transactions.
